Communist Canada. A Threat to American Culture?

Buy Nothing Day is an abomination and must be stopped. It’s a cruel attack on American consumerism by the jealous Canadians. It is a threat to capitalism itself with its ideas rooted in communism.

Consumerism is the heart of American culture, and Canadians want to take it from us. Malls were once the ultimate symbol of American consumerism, but lately they’ve been declining and shutting down. You can see it here even in Portland, with Pioneer Place, now a shell of its former self, an empty husk of a once vibrant place. This attack on consumerism with Buy Nothing Day is killing our country’s wonderful consumerist culture by the jealous Canadians is a dangerous threat. Jealousy has always turned people rotten, in the movie The Count of Monte Cristo, jealousy made a best friend turn against another and commit him to a life of torture. And now Jealousy has started the spread of communist ideals like Buy Nothing Day in canada. They need to be stopped and consumerism needs to be saved. Buy Nothing Day must be abolished.

Buy Nothing Day is a danger to capitalist society as we know it and will create a communist enemy right beside us. Some may say this is extreme, but where does Buy Nothing Day stop? If it gets out of hand Canada could be completely taken over by the commies who created this godforsaken day. During the Cold War the soviets slandered the capitalist ideals of our wonderful country and relentlessly attacked our god given right to consumerism. Today it could happen all over again but this time right in our backyard. I don’t know how strong the communists in Canada have become, but it doesn’t matter because if nothing is done to stop them and their “Buy Nothing Day” America might not be able to survive this time, and therefore we must stop Buy Nothing Day once and for all.
